Run coaching: Springfield Park running track, Heaton Park or Boggart Hole Clough.
Online: 1-2-1 online personal training on Zoom or Teams.

Initial free consultation: there will be a initial 1-2-1 consultation done over Zoom or face-to-face so we can sit down and go through your goals and what you want to achieve. After all, these sessions are all about you and only you.
