Online Training Options: Weight Loss | HIIT | Strength and Conditioning | UKSF Selection Course Preparation | Fitness Testing (General and Sports Specific) | Long Distance Running Conditioning (Any distance from 5km to 100km and multi day events)
Primarily based in Cardiff for outdoor training sessions. In addition to outdoor training, we also travel to client’s homes if it’s more suited to the individual.
In person sessions only possible once lockdown ends. Until further notice we’re only running online personal training sessions via either Zoom, WhatsApp, or FaceTime. Online sessions can be slotted in between meetings, on a lunch break, or whatever time suits you best, without even having to leave the comfort of your home, or office.
If you would like to experience a taster of an online personal training session with myself, please get in touch for a link to a free Saturday session, run every week from 1000. If you enjoy our session, we can then book you up for paid sessions to target your individual needs.
We train a wide range of clients, of all ages and abilities; mainly for weight loss, general fitness, overall strengthening and injury proofing (ready for anything). We want you to be able to partake in whichever activity (running, tennis, hiking, breakdance etc.) you feel like, at any given moment, without feeling anxious that you might not be ready. You will be ready for anything.
Sessions usually last 1 hour, however, we’re open to discuss other options to suit your individual needs. Clients can train as individuals, pairs, or as a group, with exercises catered to all.
