I am a Degree qualified Nutritionist, as well as a qualified Personal Trainer, with a private home gym in NW2
I work only with men purely on muscle gain and fat loss.
As you can see in my transformations, I make sure to get results.
Everything is monitored, from your waist circumference, weight, monthly pictures, your progress with lifting weights from day 1 so you can see yourself improve regularly.
How am I different: ( Im speaking from experience after having many PT's myself)
- Most PT's don't give you much input outside the sessions-once youre out the door, there interested in cashing in on the next client. I am available 7 days a week for queries and support
- Most PT's wont be counting reps/checking form on EVERY rep, and instead will be on their phones or looking at others in the gym. This wont happen with me and i make sure EVERY rep is to a high standard and performed correctly and counted
- Most PT's lose interest once you've paid them for bulk sessions up front. I am not like this. I consider every client a new project and have a vision for a transformation that id like to achieve. On the first sessions we discuss specific goals.
- Most PT's don't have a nutritional qualification. I am an Clinical nutritionist as well as personal trainer, so the results you get will be much better than any other PT you'll find.
I have a private home gym with dumbells from 4kg, up to 35kg, an ab sit up machine, a whole cable machine to do chest flyes, pull ups, triceps and whatever else you need.
